"Unconscionable fast food has brought hell on earth! My plan is to create a new kind of fast food chain, a conscionable one." - Lizbeth Peralta
A CONSCIENTIOUS VEGAN FAST FOOD JOINT
NO GUILT AT THE GATES OF HEAVEN HERE!
Our vegan fast food is not only sure to bring you into heaven but is sure to keep your conscience clear, one that will inspire children to live conscionable lives. No guilt at the gates of heaven here. Saint Cow, tired of the evil monocultures, will have a focus in supporting local independent farmers, adding to the freedom that has inspired our founding fathers, or shall we say founding farmers, as oppose to evil GMO's trying to dictoraly take over the world. Saint Cow promises that under her model SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW THERE IS ENLIGHTENMENT.
The Business Description: Saint Cow seeks to be a conscious vegetarian fast food joint that not only is very healthy but will hold flavors/styles from around the world, bridging a rainbow under one roof. Saint Cow, in this, seeks to sell artistically presented fruit and vegetable salads, fresh juices and smoothies, vegan yogurt bowls and lassis, as well as paletas. All items will be made from local organic seasonal produce and offered at affordable prices, that even the EBT card holder can afford. No more liquor and junk food for EBT families, just Saint Cow’s sweet milk & honey.
Target Market: Saint Cow wishes to heal the children and the poor, the vulnerable, from the evils set out by the powerful greedy corporations profiting off keeping us sick. Saint Cow also wishes to cater to higher paying clientele, the conscientious ones, by selling in high-view locations like Santa Monica Blvd or Haight Street in San Francisco.
Marketing Plan:Although healthy conscionable fast food, such as salad bowls, sandwiches, paletas, and boba teas, have already paved a successful path, with a high CAGR reflecting this, there yet has to be one that heavily markets to children/families. Saint Cow wishes to also inspire children to live conscionable lives, within many matters, ranging from concerns over the environment, animal welfare, and cultural diversity. In this, Saint Cow has created an inspiring cartoon crew, one to compete with McDonald's gang of crooked burglars and clowns, that reflect the different elements of the rainbow that are of inter dimensional shapeshifters. Their names are Ma the nurturing Saint Cow, Pax the protector of the peace of the oceans -seawolf, PeterJohn the time traveling rabbit, Kris the orange/pink is everywhere spider elephant, Ray Na the all seeing eye, Mark the warrior f dragon, and Karl the dreamer/chariot of the gods horse. Financial Summary:Upon an in-depth financial analysis, we’ve come to the conclusion that we will easily be able to achieve more than $1.3 million in revenue by the end of the first year. We anticipate startup costs to be no more than $95,000 and that fixed costs, accounting for an amortized loan of $100,000 at about 5% interest to be about $15,000-$20,000 a month, including rent and inventory. In accounting for Fixed Costs we would need to sell at about 10 meals an hour to break even which can easily be done in a busy city such as San Francisco, especially if located in key locations such as Haight Street or Union Street.
Funding Required: To fuel our growth and help us hit our goals, we’re seeking a $100,000 investment in our company. This will help us cover our startup costs and provide us with approximately one year’s worth of operating capital, with an ultimate goal of being debt free by the end of the first year.
